Shipping
The shipping time is generally ~10 working days(we're working on it in the moment and soon shipping will be about 1-2 days). Items ordered can be returned within 7 days after receiving product, please see all instructiosn for returning or exchanging your item below. Returns/Exchanges
Returns on items purchased directly from Decorbed online store are eligible for returns within 7 days from the date of shipment. Proof of purchase(original receipt + order number) and original packaging are required to be eligible for returning your item. Returned items must be in new conditions with no signs of use. Once received your exchange will be shipped depending on availability, or you will be issued a refund with a confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 30 days.
The following conditions must be met to be eligible for return or exchanging your Decorbed item:
- Item must have no signs of use and is in perfect condition. Package must include original receipt and copy of our confirmation message(You receive it when You make an order).
- Returns and exchanges must be sent within 7 days of receiving the package.

If customer won't send us all documents we won't accept the return/exchange.
We advise that return orders are sent by traceable methods, Decorbed holds no responsibility for misdirected return orders.

Decorbed is not responsible for any actions taken by the customs or the chosen package delivery service. Decorbed can not influence is this and holds no responsibility over any additional charges that evolve from this.
